The residency and privacy position
In country, and it stays there.
Region is selected at contract and does not change without your written instruction. Backups stay in the same country. Encryption in transit and at rest, with a documented recovery plan and quarterly independent penetration testing.

Primary hosting and Azure Backup Vault both in Canada, stated in your agreement rather than described on a marketing page.

A data processing agreement available for signature, a published and versioned subprocessor list, and a full structured export of your data at any time at no charge.

Quebec Law 25
Quebec deployments stay in Canadian regions and we support French-language resident-facing content along with GST, HST and QST handling. Confirm the current scope of French coverage with us before you issue a solicitation that requires it.

Addressed by the same WCAG 2.1 AA conformance work as ADA Title II, with a conformance report for the resident portal on request.
Payments and procurement in Canada
The practical differences.
Canadian agencies are quoted in Canadian dollars with no exchange exposure mid-term, and contracting can run through our regional partner where your procurement policy prefers a domestic counterparty.
- Interac and pre-authorized debit. Alongside card, with counter, cash and cheque reconciling to the same ledger.
- Canadian dollars. Quoted, contracted and billed in CAD. No exchange exposure part way through a term.
- A domestic counterparty. Contracting through Invorg and MuniLogic from London, Ontario, where your policy prefers it.
- Bilingual where it matters. Resident-facing French content for Quebec deployments. We would rather scope it honestly with you than claim full bilingual coverage.
- No cooperative contract. We hold no Canadian cooperative purchasing vehicle. Where your policy requires one, tell us early and we will say whether we can meet your timeline.

How complete is the French support?
