Why this structure, plainly
A vendor with no local presence is a real risk. This is how we address it.

- Implementation and training on site. Delivered by the regional partner, in person, in your time zone, with our product team behind them.
- 24/7 support on a toll-free North American line. With a named account contact who does not change, handed between our London, Brisbane, Sydney and Colombo support centers so overnight issues are worked while your office is closed.
- Contracting through a domestic counterparty. Where your procurement policy prefers it, the agreement can be with the regional partner rather than with an overseas entity.
- Escalation to us, not around us. Product issues escalate to the OptimoGov team directly. The partner is the front line, not a wall.
