Platform · Watercraft, docks and storage
Dock space, boat storage and the seasonal renewals that go with them.
Waterfront assets are allocated, not simply booked. Dock spaces and storage go out for a season, to holders who have to prove registration and insurance, and the waiting list matters as much as the allocation.
For marinas, harbors, lakefront parks and any municipality allocating waterfront space.

What it manages
A season, a holder and a space.
The administration here is renewal season, not day-to-day booking. Most of the work happens in a six-week window and most of it is chasing documents.
- 01
Allocation and utilization
Available dock and storage spaces allocated across the season with real-time visibility across multiple sites, so a vacancy is filled from the waiting list rather than sitting empty.
- 02
Holder documents
Vessel registration, licences and certificates uploaded by the holder and held against their record, with expiry tracked and renewal blocked where something has lapsed.
- 03
Renewals and waiting lists
Renewal offers to existing holders inside your stated window, then the waiting list in order, with the whole sequence recorded.
- 04
Access and maintenance
Electronic authentication for gate and compound access, and maintenance or repair requests raised against a specific space and tracked to closure.
The financial and site controls
Invoicing, conditions and the record.
A note on where this is proven
Watercraft allocation is in production with local government customers in our other markets and is new to North America, like the rest of our footprint here. We will configure your own sites, seasons and document requirements live on the call rather than show you a sample marina.
- Invoicing and reminders. Season invoices, instalments where you allow them, automated payment reminders, and part-season pro rata for a mid-season allocation.
- Conditions of use. The terms a holder signs, attached to the allocation, with the same e-signature and record-keeping as a facility permit.
- Transfers and forfeits. What happens when a holder sells the vessel, does not renew, or breaches the conditions, applied as your policy defines rather than case by case.
- One customer record. A dock holder who also books a pavilion or registers for a program is one household across the city.
Questions
Asked on most calls.
If your panel needs an answer that is not here, send the question and we will publish it.
Is this a marina management system?
It is the allocation, compliance, billing and access side of one. If you run a fuel dock, a chandlery or a haul-out operation, tell us on the demo and we will be straight with you about what is in scope.
Can holders manage their own renewal?
Yes. Holders see their allocation, their documents, their invoices and their renewal offer in the same portal residents use for everything else.
Do you handle waiting lists fairly?
The list runs in the order your policy defines, and every offer, acceptance and pass is recorded, which is what you need when someone asks why the space went to someone else.
